Websites for small businesses
Five pages, live in 10 business days, at one fixed price.
If you got my email, the three fixes I offered may be all your site needs. When they aren't, this is the rebuild: a site made for a phone, set up so search engines can read it, for $2,750.
- Scope
- 5 pages, mobile-first
- Timeline
- 10 business days from your content
- Build
- $2,750 USD
- Then
- Care from $99/mo
A fixed scope, so the price is fixed too.
You know what you get and what it costs before the first call. Here is everything inside the build.
- Five pages: home, services, about, contact, and a page for one service
- Designed for a phone first, then for a desktop screen
- A contact form that sends each message to your email
- On-page SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text
- Schema markup for LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ where it applies
- Google Business Profile setup, plus cleanup of your other listings
- AI search setup: crawlers allowed, and one business description used on the site and in your listings
- Hosting and domain onboarding
- Two rounds of revisions
- Live 10 business days after your content arrives
Fixed price
$2,750USD
One fixed price in USD. I never discount it, because a lower price would mean a smaller scope.
Need more than five pages? Each extra page is $250 and adds time to the schedule.
Concept work
Six of my 50+ concept home pages.
I designed home pages for made-up businesses in 19 industries to show how I handle layout, type, and a small screen. Six are here, from a dental clinic to a restaurant.

Timeline
The clock starts when your content arrives.
Days 1 to 2
Kickoff and your content
You book, pay half the fee or all of it, and join a 60-minute kickoff call where you and I confirm the five pages and what goes on each. Your text and photos are due within 5 business days of that call, and Day 1 is the day they arrive. On Day 2, I map where your business already shows up in search.
Days 3 to 4
Design and your first review
I mock up every page, as it looks on a phone and on a desktop screen. You send one set of changes for the first revision round. The dates hold as long as you reply to each review within one business day.
Days 5 to 9
Build and your second review
I build the pages, add the schema markup and meta descriptions, and connect your Google Business Profile to the site. Then you get a private staging link to check. Your second set of changes goes in here. A third round is billed at $120/hr.
Day 10
Launch
The site goes live the day the final payment lands. From there, a care plan keeps it current, or the hosting, domain, and accounts move into your name.
Two ways to pay, one price.
- Half and half
- 50% at kickoff and 50% before launch. The site goes live when the second payment lands.
- In full
- The whole fee at kickoff, and nothing left to pay at launch.
- Installments
- Not offered. Two payments is as far as the build fee splits.
- How you pay
- By card, through Stripe. I don't take ACH, checks, or wire transfers.
- Care plans
- Billed monthly after launch, at the price of the plan you choose.
- Currency
- Every price on this page, and every invoice I send, is in USD.
Care plans$99-$299/mo
After launch, the site stays current.
Three monthly plans, $99-$299/mo. A plan is optional, and I recommend one. All three share the same upkeep and the same monthly search report. The higher plans add edit time and more active search work.
Every plan includes
- Hosting and an SSL certificate
- Backups and uptime monitoring
- Security updates
- Schema markup kept valid
- Page titles and meta descriptions kept up to date
- Your Google Business Profile kept accurate
- A report every month with your search clicks, how often your site showed up in search, where you rank on the searches I track, and the calls your Google Business Profile sent
Care Lite
$99/mo USD
30 min of edits a month
For a business whose services and prices rarely change.
The full upkeep list, with nothing more to add.
- My usual recommendation
Care Standard
$179/mo USD
60 min of edits a month
For a business with seasons, offers, or prices that move during the year.
Everything in Care Lite, plus:
- A content refresh every quarter
- Seasonal offers updated for you
- A quarterly check on how you rank against competitors, in search results and in AI answers
Care Pro
$299/mo USD
120 min of edits a month
For a business with several locations or teams, where staff, areas, and prices change often.
Everything in Care Standard, plus:
- Active on-page SEO work
- Photos, posts, and review reply drafts on your Google Business Profile, with every reply approved and posted by you
- Priority support
- Minutes reset monthly
- Your edit minutes start fresh each month. Minutes you don't use don't carry over.
- Past your minutes
- Extra work runs at $120/hr in 30-minute blocks. I estimate it first and start only after you approve.
- Not part of care
- A new page, a redesign, or a new feature is a build. I quote it separately before any work starts.
You may not need a new site.
If your Google Business Profile already brings in the calls, and nobody has to read about your services or prices before calling you, keep what you have. The three fixes from my email may be enough on their own. A site builder you run yourself is a fair choice too, if you have the hours for it. On the call, I'll tell you which of these fits.
Who you are dealing with
One person, start to finish.
I'm Kaustubh Ghodke. DigiCatalyst Systems is the business I run on my own, and I design, build, and launch every site myself. There is no account manager between you and the person writing the code.
Calls happen in set windows on Eastern time: weekday evenings from 5pm to 8pm, and weekends from 9am to 8pm. Every date I give you is in business days, and I only give dates I can hold.
DigiCatalyst Systems is one person, Kaustubh Ghodke, working from Toronto, Canada, on Eastern time.
Straight answers on the build and care.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The five-page build is $2,750 in USD, and I never discount it. The total changes only when you add something: extra pages at $250 each, a copywriting add-on, or a third revision round at $120/hr.
When do the 10 business days start?
On the day your text and photos arrive, not the day you sign. From there, kickoff fills Days 1 to 2, design and your first review fill Days 3 to 4, the build and your second review fill Days 5 to 9, and launch is Day 10. Business days run Monday to Friday, so the whole build takes two calendar weeks, as long as you answer each review within one business day. Bring your content to the kickoff call and the clock starts that day.
What if my content is late?
Your text and photos are due 5 business days after the kickoff call. If anything is still missing on that date, the project goes on hold and I release your slot. Once everything arrives, the project takes my next opening, and a hold that ran past 30 days adds a $150 fee to restart. If the project is still on hold after 45 days and nothing has arrived, I can close it with written notice. I then retain 25% of the full project fee, which includes any extra pages and add-ons, to cover the slot I reserved and the work already started. I never keep more than you have paid, anything you paid above that 25% comes back to you, and no further payment falls due.
Do you write the words?
Only as a paid add-on. The build lays out text you supply. If you have rough text, the polish add-on is $249: I tighten all five pages and write the headlines, page titles, and meta descriptions, which adds 1 business day. If you have nothing written, the full add-on is $749: a 30-minute intake call, five pages written from it, and one revision round, which adds 2 business days. The writing starts once your materials arrive, and the 10 business days start the day after it is finished.
What if I need more than five pages?
Each page past five is $250 and adds time to the schedule instead of squeezing into it. The five cover home, services, about, contact, and one page for a single service.
Do I need a care plan?
No, though I recommend one. If you skip it, the hosting, the domain, and every account move into your name at launch, and the upkeep is yours from then on: renewals, updates, backups, and edits. A care plan (from $99/mo) keeps the site current for you and sends a search report every month.
What happens with my Google Business Profile?
I set it up or clean it up during the build, and every care plan keeps it accurate after launch. Care Pro adds photos, posts, and review reply drafts, and you approve each reply and post it yourself.
Can you make ChatGPT name my business?
No, and nobody can promise that. The build makes sure AI search tools are allowed to read your site, and uses one description of your business across the site and your listings. Care Standard and Care Pro also check what AI answers say about your kind of business each quarter.
Will I rank on Google right away?
No. Google can find a new page within days, but rankings take months, and I don't promise a position. The monthly search report shows you the clicks, how often you show up in search, your rankings, and the calls, so you can watch the trend yourself.
Can you build for a business in the United States?
Yes. The call, the reviews, and the launch all happen remotely. Every price on this page and every invoice is in USD, and you pay by card through Stripe. I don't take ACH, checks, or wire transfers.
Twenty minutes, one straight answer.
Bring your current site to the call. You'll leave knowing whether it needs a rebuild, the three fixes, or nothing at all.
